Interpret the question, the task and the material.
AI agents
From AI that answers to AI that gets work done.
Connect AI to systems and defined workflows so recurring tasks can be carried out step by step.
AI agents in Inovia can use integrations, company knowledge and governed rules to help carry out defined tasks – with control and clear boundaries.
Progression
AI does not have to stop at an answer.
Produce drafts, options and next steps.
Carry out defined steps through approved tools.
Hold several steps together in one workflow.
An agent becomes useful when it can work with the right tools.
An agent can be connected to the systems and data sources your organisation approves. Access is set up deliberately – nothing is connected automatically.
Integrations can be connected per system and per task, with the permissions you decide.
Governed work
Define what the agent is allowed to do.
What should be carried out?
Which systems may be used?
When should the agent stop or hand over?
Agent-driven work should be governable, measurable and possible to follow up.
Example workflows
Start with work that keeps coming back.
Generic examples of workflows that can be defined and scoped.
- Monitor changes
- Compile a recurring report
- Prepare a case
- Classify and route incoming material
- Retrieve information and produce material
- Carry out defined system steps
Every workflow is defined with its task, its permitted tools and clear boundaries.
In the workspace
Delegate from the same workspace.
Employees do not have to switch tools to hand over work. Agents can sit in the same Personal AI workspace as questions, search and assistants.

FAQ
Questions about AI agents.
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is AI that can carry out a defined multi-step workflow – for example retrieving information, compiling material and performing approved system steps – rather than only answering a question.
How does an agent differ from an AI assistant?
An assistant helps the user in dialogue with knowledge and suggestions. An agent starts from a task and works through defined steps using the tools it has been given access to.
Which systems can an agent be connected to?
Agents can be connected to systems that expose an API or another integration path, such as CRM, ERP, ticketing tools or internal data sources. What is possible in practice depends on the system's interface and your permissions.
Can people approve steps before the agent continues?
Workflows can be configured with checkpoints where a person reviews or approves before the next step runs. Where such steps fit best depends on the workflow, the risk profile and the systems involved.
