Where is our data stored?
All customer data is handled in Sweden. We build solutions with Swedish hosting and clear data controls, so you know where your information is and how it is used.
Do you use our data to train AI models?
No. We do not train models on customer data without an explicit agreement. Your information is used for the purpose you have approved – not to improve general-purpose models.
Do you store or share our data?
We do not share customer data with unauthorised third parties. Data is stored and handled only according to the solution, retention periods and rules you have agreed to.
How do you address GDPR and the EU AI Act?
The platform is built with governance, permissions and traceability in mind. We also help with DPIAs, policies, AI strategy, risk classification and practical ways of working under GDPR and the EU AI Act.
Is Inovia mainly a tool for individual users?
No. We want the entire organisation to benefit from AI. Personal AI is one part of the solution, but our main focus is improving knowledge, workflows and business processes across the organisation.
How can we start without launching a major AI project?
