Retention
Data is not kept longer than necessary for the purpose. Enquiries that do not lead to business are normally deleted within twelve months. Contract-related data is kept as long as required by law.
AI processing of customer data
Customer content processed in the platform is used only for that customer's own solution. We do not use customer data to train general models and do not share content with third-party language model vendors.
